The security and staff is awful. The "gated and monitored" is just a lie, there are no cameras, security officers, and the gate is broken open nearly half the time. The staff blames this on weather, but theres 4 other apartment complexes within 200ft that never have issues. There are 5+ packages reported missing in the past month alone, and multiple other reviews mentioning break ins. The front office never answers their phone and when you actually walk down and force them to talk, they will directly lie to you and just shirk responsibility to have you "call corporate" which is just a dead answering machine. Texas is a one way consent state, PLEASE RECORD AUDIO OF YOUR CONVERSATIONS WITH PARKWAY GRANDE MANAGEMENT. They can and will lie through their teeth to you. ...

Not really student living mainly older people living here, humanities are nice no one‘s really at them. The apartments are nice and the maintenance workers are really nice and helpful. The layouts are comfortable and lots of storage in kitchen and closets. ...
